Exchanged and return of goods:

Quality goods purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days form the date of delivery.

The following conditions must be met when returning or exchanging goods:

- The returned/ exchanged product must be in the original, undamaged packing;

- The goods must be undamaged by the buyer;

- The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (intact labels and protective films);

- The returned/ exchanged item must be of the same compositions / configuration as received by the buyer.

All costs related to the return of the goods are paid by the buyer.
If the above conditions are met, send a return / exchange request together with the returned product. The application must state the name and surname, the invoice number, the name and price of the goods, and the invoice number to which the money should be returned.

If you have not saved the purchase and sale document of the product, the product may be changed or other requirements specified in your application may be fulfilled only with the consent of the seller.
We may refuse to take back a product if changes have been made to the appearance of the product or packaging that were not necessary to inspect the product, including damaged labels, torn protective films, and violations of transparent packaging that would not interfere with the right to inspect the product.

If the packaging damage to the product results in the product not being able to be sold later for the same price, without prejudice to the rights of another buyer of the product to purchase a new and unused product, such goods can only be returned by mutual agreement (for example, if you agree to compensate for depreciation) .
Upon receipt of the product and convinced that the product meets the above requirements, within 30 days. we will refund your account. In case of exchange, if the product is in stock, it will be shipped immediately. If we do not have the goods in stock, the replacement procedure may take some time.

Returns of goods purchased by consumers are based on 2014. July 22 By the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738: Regarding the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2001 June 11 Resolution no. 697 on the Amendment of the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items.
